Coc au Vin Sandwich
A classic french dish turned-sandwich. This includes a fall apart wine braised chicken, fresh arugula, and tarragon aioli, served on a toasty house made sourdough roll.
Tonnato Toast
A light spring toast with tonnato, fresh and pickled radish, jammy egg, and herbs served on a griddled house made brioche. Tonnato is a sauce made with tuna, anchovy, and garlic.
A vegetarian option with an aioli substitute is available upon request. Please let us know when you come to pick it up at the event.
Jamon Beurre Sandwich
Our twist on a classic. This sandwich includes thinly sliced serrano ham, honey butter, pickled radish, fresh radish, and dijon mustard. Served on house-made french bread.
Spring Rhubarb Tartlet
A delicate yet flavorful dessert with a cardamom sugar crust pastry, honey whipped mascarpone, and rhubarb compote.
