I really could make hundreds of egg-oriented menu items (and maybe someday I will) but for now let’s go with some absolute classics! And, listen, I’m gonna say it one more time: the quiche is one of my favorite things I make. So, if you missed out on the brunch box, now is your time! 
As always, the bread is made by yours truly! And I will be getting some major support in the kitchen from none other than @farmfemmme - we worked together at my first baking job, we were in culinary school at the same time, and now she’s helping me build the dream! How cute is that?
